I’ve been driving by this field for a couple of years now, and have never noticed it this yellow. I stopped and took a few shots from the road, but I’m going to try to stop by the house next door and see if they’ll let me in so I can lie in it and look at the sky (and take a few more photos)

While home for Thanksgiving, I rode around aimlessly in the country with a friend of mine when we came upon this horse-drawn carriage. I just got lucky that the sun was setting in the background, giving me a beautiful sky to silhouette it against.

I haven’t posted any shots of Sam in awhile…actually since he was a kitten. He can be tricky to photograph, considering he’s always pawing at the camera and won’t sit still for anything. Maybe one day he’ll be as used to the camera as Charlie, who is arguably the most photographed dog in the world.

This explains why computer’s been acting funny lately …

Before today, Charlie hasn’t been too sharing of his food — but as you can see, he’s made a new friend with Sam. Maybe he’s getting in the holiday spirit.

Meet the newest member of my family. Tina gave me this crazy little ball of fur last week, who she named Molly, but I’m not completely sold on that name. So I’m reaching out for help from my vast photosoup audience. So far, I’ve gotten: Sally, Tilney, and of course, Molly. Any suggestions?

Went on another late night walk tonight, and got some more frames of the most photographed dog in the history of the world.
